97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Our estimated shipping delivery times

USA: 5-­8 business days

Europe: 5-8 business days

Canada: 6­-12 business days

Rest of World: 5-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

International shipping

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived

If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days of it being shipped, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you’ve entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at making sure you quote your order number. We’ll investigate its whereabouts.

Returns policies

The returns address will be printed on the package. All returns should be sent to that address and only that address.

Unwanted items

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that the buyer has decided he or she no longer wants unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, not what the customer ordered or in a size other than what the customer ordered.

Damaged items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch and send us a photo within 30 days of its arrival.

Any damaged, faulty or incorrect items are replaced free of charge so long as they are reported to us within 30 days of delivery.

Wrong size

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
