ORDERING

When you have chosen a product you wish to purchase, click “Add to Cart”. To complete the purchase, click on the shopping cart in the top right-hand corner of the screen. This will take you through to the checkout process where you will enter your shipping and billing address and select a payment method.

If you have trouble signing in to our website, first check the specific text of the error message you received. The most common problem is a misspelt email address or password (ensure both your CAPS LOCK and NUM LOCK facilities are off). If the problem persists, try using the reset password function. If that doesn’t help, please contact Customer Support and we will email you a new password.

You can find any available size charts for each product on the product page itself. Simply click on the “Size Chart” tab.

First, add the product/s you would like to purchase to your cart. You can then apply any discount code you have on either the “Cart” page or the “Checkout” page before payment.

SHIPPING

Our products are shipped from one of three fulfilment centres (USA, Mexico or Europe). Any products you order will be shipped from the closest fulfilment centre based on its final destination. 

Everywhere! We ship globally. No matter where you are in the world, you can enjoy Merch Inn products. 

It depends on the shipping method you choose and may vary from country to country, most deliveries take from 2 to 14 days.

RETURNS

Yes, we accept returns if the product you purchased arrives damaged, faulty, not what you ordered or in the wrong size/colour.

All returned items must be brand new and have all original tags attached. In order to get a refund, you need to send us the original receipt. You can also swap the size or choose something else, we will ship your replacement within two weeks.

Please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your item if you would like to initiate a return. We will most likely request a photo of the product and will then explain the next steps.

Unfortunately, no. We can only accept returns for products that are unworn, have all original tags attached and are in their original packaging.

PAYMENTS

Currently, we accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

No, you don’t. You can complete checkout as a guest. However, you will be asked if you would like to create an account during the checkout process. We highly recommend you do as you will be able to track the status of your order within the “My Account” section of the website.
